Since 2019 I have been working for Soteris Shaelos Plants & Flowers Ltd.

My main responsibilities are the control of the final product and its maintenance at optimal quality. I determine the standard timing of operations and control their implementation.

I am also in charge of educating, training and guiding staff in order to increase retail productivity.

Moreover, it is my responsibility is to achieve monthly goals.
