PHYTOSANITARY CERTIFICATE
The phytosanitary certificate is the health certificate for plants and plant products used to attest that the consignments meet with the phytosanitary requirements of the importing country.
The phytosanitary certificate for export module has been available for Europe Union member states in Traces NT since February 2021, and allows operators and authorities to issue the certificate within the application directly. The export module was added to the previously existing PHYTO module used by third countries to certify consignments of plants and plant products imported into the EU.
The certificate is divided in two parts, Part I – Description of consignment, which can be completed by an operator or by the National plant protection organisation (NPPO) and Part II – Certification, which is always completed by the NPPO.
Our company provides all the certificates necessary for the export of plants, through the electronic platform TRACES-NT.

CONTROL
Our nurseries undergo regular governmental and self inspections, thus our customers can be confident that we provide them with a proper product. In addition, we are able to give customers a phytosanitary passport certifying that the plants are completely free of any pest, diseases.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR SALES
- We do not accept returns or changes of any form regarding plants once the order has been validated / signed.
- The plants are always transported at the buyer’s own risk.
- Transportation expenses are not included in the price of the plants.
- In the event of failure to meet the scheduled delivery deadline of goods due to force majeure, such as fire, strikes, hail, etc., and in general any other type of unforeseen event, the buyer is not entitled to make any type of claim against the company.
- In case of litigation, the buyer will expressly waive his own jurisdiction, submitting it to the courts of Cyprus. The acceptance of the goods implies the acceptance of this clause.
- PAYMENT METHOD: we require a 70% as a down payment when the order is placed and the remaining 30% is payable in full prior to delivery. The payment is to be made in Euro.
